That I am a cook? Well, I am! Last night I tried to make Peking duck. It… was a disappointment. As you can see below, we picked at it awhile but the meat was tough and the skin spongy. A first failure. Trying again with homemade Macaroni and cheese w/Italian sausage. Will share the before and after a in a few!!
