TUBERS!!!
After many days of rain and weeding, I have harvested 12 potatoes from my plot! Lost three to rot, and others didn’t grow in time. Gonna share some with my friend and my niece! So happy with what I have accomplished in my gardening. Hopefully I will have more next year. Till next time!!
A Cheesy Concoction
Ladies and gentlemen, BEHOLD!!! My first foray into cheesy tuna casserole!!
Bacon wrapped scallops!!! I made bacon wrapped scallops!!!
Used toothpicks and metal skewers to keep them from falling apart. Cooked on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet.

I had some lobster left over from my last cooking experiment, so I’m making something new with them! BEHOLD!!!
