Democrats are gonna let them kill us all

I can’t believe everyone is about to fall for it again.

November is coming, which means annoying political ads for rich people to make promises they never keep. It also means voting season is approaching, which is definitely going to make things different, unlike the last several Novembers where the only change was for the worse, this time—THIS TIME, things will change for good!!

I get that people don’t wanna give up on a government that really doesn’t represent them. Like a nation of battered housewives, Americans really want to believe voting will make things better. And like a nation of battered wives in a cult, they think democrats will save them IF they vote real hard and clap their hands. And I just want you all to know this:

It’s not gonna change a goddamn thing.

Why? That’s a loaded question. Simple, but loaded.

Maybe it’s because both parties get funding from the same corporations and lobbies, including AIPAC, which is currently working to genocide children and unarmed civilians (but you’re the bad one if you mention that.)

Maybe it’s cuz they’ve made it clear decades ago they only care about the privileged predator class and only wanna make them happy, needs of the many be damned.

Or maybe it’s because liberals would rather go after three imaginary republicans who hate being republicans and cast everyone left wing out of their tent. Ever notice how that tent only ever has room for Nazis and Nazi-adjacent people? Basically, if you wanna hunt the poors for sport, you’re welcome in the Democratic Party.

And that’s why I titled my post as it is. Because democrats don’t want to save ANYONE. At least, not anyone who isn’t shoveling billions of dollars into their bank accounts.

And heaven forbid you run as a democrat and actually want to help people! Then the Democrats bring their claws out! Funny how they don’t fight any of their “opponents” like they fight the left. Almost like they aren’t left at all…

Let November come. I refuse to take part of this farce anymore. I don’t know how we will survive the next twenty years, or if we will want to, but my retirement plan is to die fighting my government.
