The Hot, Hot Heat

Sweating indoors like a waterfall

Don’t know if I can take it all

The world is suffering

Sweating

From the hot, hot heat.

From North America to Europe

From New York to Birmingham

We curse the sun

And the hot, hot heat.

Huddling under fans

Staying near the air conditioning

Can’t wait to say goodbye, goodbye

To the hot, hot heat!
